Maybe stick a big Butcher's Knife in his hand? Or how about set up a telescope right next to him trained on the EVE-IL woman's home?

If you wanted to be really mean you could build on the butcher knife idea, adding a 'severed head' to one hand and a little note saying 'YOU'RE NEXT' in the other.
